New research from Edith Cowan University (ECU) has found eating a Mediterranean diet could delay the onset of Alzheimer’s disease by years.

Researchers from ECU found that people who adhere to a Mediterranean diet have significantly slower rates of Amyloid beta (Aβ) accumulation in their brain.
