Despite the efforts of researchers worldwide, a cure for Alzheimer’s disease remains elusive.

But one area where researchers have made great strides has been identifying the role lifestyle factors, such as diet, exercise and sleep, can play in reducing the risk of developing Alzheimer’s disease.

Dr Rainey-Smith is a Senior Research Fellow in the School of Medical and Health Sciences at Edith Cowan University (ECU) and recently took part in ECU’s Body of Knowledge podcast to talk about what we can do to avoid Alzheimer’s disease.
